Trolling Flies

 Fox Trout & Salmon Trolling Flies were created after 3 years of experimenting with many different fly body styles. Before last season, I came up with a head on the fly body that will enable anglers to remove the fly off the leader. Anglers will now have the flexibility to either put a different length leader on their favorite fly or change out an unproductive fly with the same leader. No need to be "married" to the same set up. Use a surgeon's loop, not a swivel at the top of your leader, or you won't be able to pass the leader through the fly body. For example: I have sets of ten 20", ten 24" and ten short Coho leaders on the boat along with about 50 fly bodies. Now I can use a 4" fly with a short Coho leader, mix and match to what the fish are hitting on that day or sometimes I want super glow bead leaders on my non-glow flies. 

 Fox Flies are hand made personally by me only. Constructed with mylar from Purple Taco. Silicone is added to give them more action.
 
 Remember: You don't have to buy a leader for every fly you pick out.
